Domino Server 6.0.1 CF1 Windows NT


I have the following problem when accessing a mailbox with POP3 :
Unable to open mail file for xxxx: Unable to obtain exclusive access to maildrop

The users cannot log in to OUTLOOK, and restart the POP3 server is the only way to resolve the problem temparary.

We also set the POP3 Idle Timeout Value on a Domino Server to "POP3_SESSION_TIMEOUT=10", but it can't solve the problem.

Please!! let me know if anybody know the solution.
